Testimonials:
Client: Joseph Bosley, 72, Male
“I suffered from a persistent abscess in my right knee and a slipped disc in my lower back from years past. The doctor I consulted during those dark times doubted I would ever feel "OK" again, given the recurrent nature of my slipped disc and the abscess that rendered any movement excruciating. Unwilling to accept that prognosis, I sought a professional who believed in their ability to aid me. That's when I met Michael. In just five months of working with him, I was not only able to bend over without fear of pain or further injury to my disc, but I also regained the ability to walk, climb stairs, and perform weighted leg exercises like Leg Presses and Dumbbell Squats without pain. His approach didn't rely on special medication or 'secret tricks.' After the doctors addressed the abscess, he focused on strengthening the tendons and ligaments in my knee and building muscle in my lower back. Throughout, I never experienced pain; he ensured I maintained proper form and never pushed me beyond my readiness for an exercise.”
This is Michael Craver “Swoley”.
Bio: Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Strength and Hypertrophy Specialist
I am a passionate personal trainer from Shreveport, Louisiana. I graduated from North Caddo High School and earned my certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in January 2024. My journey into personal training began with a burning passion for working out and guiding others to achieve their fitness goals. Realizing that I could turn my passion into a career, I made the decision to become a personal trainer and have never looked back.
As a Functional Strength and Hypertrophy Specialist, I believe in starting at Ground Zero. Ground Zero is the foundation of any fitness journey, where belief and acceptance in oneself are paramount. I encourage my clients to recognize and accept their current state, experience, knowledge, and limitations. From this point, they can set realistic goals and achieve them without wavering in their faith in themselves.
Outside of fitness, I enjoy video games, exploring new experiences and knowledge, creating music, and daydreaming about the future. My motivation comes from my father, who has type 1 diabetes. I am determined to help him learn how to manage his condition effectively and safely, so he can enjoy the sweet treats he loves in moderation. This personal mission fuels my passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
